Kathy serves as the Energy Programs Manager, implementing and managing energy programs and providing customer care assistance for the benefit of the CalChoice CCA member agencies. She brings over 21 years of customer service experience to CalChoice, having worked for the Cities of Lancaster and Palmdale in multiple sectors including Public Works, City Engineering, and City Administration. An inaugural member of the Lancaster Choice Energy (LCE) team, Kathy helped launch the City’s Community Choice Aggregation program, the first program of its kind in southern California, in May 2015.
Kathy serves on the Billing & Operations, Marketing & Outreach, and Programs committees for California Community Choice Association (CalCCA) and she holds an MBA in Energy and Sustainability Studies from Franklin Pierce University.
